Come Sailing On A Traditional Boat With All Modern Comforts and Conveniences

‘Flower of Caithness’ can accommodate six guests in comfort during our extended cruises in NW Scotland

Enjoying a meal in the saloon The modern well-equipped galley

Down below 'Flower' is a cosy and comfortable little ship with a very traditional look and feel.

There are nine berths in three cabins. There is a two berth cabin forward, a double berth and a single berth in the middle cabin and four berths in the main cabin aft. The toilet and shower are located forward. To increase comfort and privacy only six guest berths are allocated on our cruises, although on day trips the schooner can accommodate twelve comfortably.

There is a well-equipped galley, and for heating in inclement weather we have a traditional wood burning stove which is fuelled by driftwood we find on our travels.

Catering On Board

We provide plenty of fresh food to go with all that fresh air, with a glass of wine or a dram to wash it down.

The schooner visits fishing ports fairly regularly, so a selection of fresh seafood will be on the menu most days.
